Individual Therapy

I am currently taking new clients for virtual appointments.

I specialize in working with young adults and adults ages 18-40 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-worth. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I often work with relationships within the family system during therapy.

Fees:

  • $155 per 53-minute individual session

I am currently credentialed with the following insurance providers:

  • Premera Blue Cross

  • Cigna

  • Pacific Source

  • Kaiser PPO

  • Optum/United Behavioral Health

  • First Choice

  • Aetna

    *I can also provide a Superbill for clients claiming on their out-of-network benefits.
