Welcome
We are all wired for connection…
…both to ourselves and others. Unfortunately, anxiety, low self-worth, and family conflict are just a few of the common barriers that can prevent us from achieving this connection. That's why I am passionate about taking an empathetic, curious, and collaborative approach to help you overcome these challenges and free yourself from feeling stuck.
I understand that life is all about relationships, and I greatly value the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. I aim to build just that by holding you, the client, as the expert in your own life while offering warmth, empathy, and consistency in the therapy room. By creating a space of safety and security, and accepting you for precisely who you are, I help you to more fully accept yourself. Paradoxically, when we fully accept ourselves for who we are, we are most able to recognize areas of growth, which sets the stage for change.
As a strengths-based therapist, I believe you already have within yourself what you need for change, and my role is to help you access it. I strive to embody a spirit of openness, respect, curiosity, and accountability.
